• Processing Time: Orders are verified and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
• Delivery Timelines: Standard shipping across India generally takes 3 to 7 business days depending on delivery pin code serviceability.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on destination location and item volume.
• Order Tracking: Tracking links and courier dispatch details are sent automatically to your registered email and phone number.

2. Digital Software & AI Solutions

For enterprise software engineering deliverables (including GenAI Development, Agentic AI, n8n Workflows, Speech AI, Computer Vision, Data Engineering, and GCC-as-a-Service):

• All digital assets, source code repositories, API integration keys, and cloud configurations are delivered electronically via secure client portals or version control repositories per agreed milestone schedules.
• No physical shipping is involved for digital software services.

3. AI Trainings & Workshops

For registrants of our AI Training Workshops and Data Analytics Bootcamps:

• Schedule details, credentials, and access links are delivered directly to the participant's registered email address within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.

4. Damaged or Missing Goods

Please inspect physical shipments upon receipt. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or with missing items, notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photographs at connect@aiindia.ai.
