Refund and Cancellation Policy

At AI India Innovations (Loggasa AI India Innovations Pvt. Ltd.), accessible from aiindia.ai, we strive to ensure complete clarity regarding refunds, order cancellations, and service modifications across our software engineering tracks, hardware sales, and educational training programs.

1. Software & Custom AI Solutions

For custom engineering services (including GenAI Development, Agentic AI, n8n Workflows, Speech AI, Computer Vision, Data Engineering, and GCC-as-a-Service):

• Milestone Payments & Initial Deposits: Initial deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once the discovery, technical scoping, or development phase for that milestone has officially commenced.
• Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel upcoming uncommenced project milestones by providing written notice at least 7 business days prior to the milestone kickoff date.

2. Hardware & Physical Accessories

For physical orders (such as NVIDIA Jetson Nano developer accessories, expansion modules, storage, and sensors):

• Order Cancellation: Hardware orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch (within 24 hours of order placement) for a full refund. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled in transit.
• Returns & Replacements: Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item received is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

3. AI Trainings & Workshops

For registrations concerning our AI Workshops and Data Analytics Bootcamps:

• Cancellations requested 7 or more days before the program start date are eligible for a 100% credit transfer to a future batch or a refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellations requested less than 7 days prior to start are non-refundable, but registration seats may be transferred to another participant.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method (Bank Wire, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 7 to 10 business days from the approval date.
