• Educational Programs: AI Trainings, Workshops, and Data Analytics Bootcamps.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, source code, custom AI models, n8n workflow architectures, designs, logos, and trademarks displayed on this website are the intellectual property of AI India Innovations or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of any material is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Orders & Deliveries

• Hardware Orders: Physical products (such as NVIDIA Jetson Nano accessories) are subject to stock availability and are processed within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.
• Software & Digital Services: Deliverables for custom AI solutions, models, and workflows are transmitted electronically per project milestone agreements.

4. User Conduct & Obligations

You agree not to misappropriate site features, attempt unauthorized access to restricted server endpoints, scrape site data automatically, or use our AI solutions and hardware products for unlawful activities.

5. Limitation of Liability

AI India Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, site, or hardware accessories beyond the value of the specific order or service agreement.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
